This was a 1860 SqFt ranch style home, built in 1967 and pretty much in original condition with minimal upgrades. We were tasked to stage it maintaining its character but make it look updated, open and expansive.

We staged it with a mix of transitional and modern furniture, wall art and accessories and used neutral and warm colors to give it warmth and modern undertone while maintaining the home style.
The home was sold fast even in a market that started slowing down with Fed induced interest rate hike.
