A small 1 bed/1 bath 767 SqFt condo, in the silicon valley. The problem was that the real estate market was slow after fed induced interest rate hikes.
We staged it with modern furniture, mostly neutral colors but gave enough accents with cool colors to pop wherever needed. The realtor and owners were highly impressed after the staging was complete.

Despite a slow market the condo was sold immediately with many above asking price offers.
