A 1999 built house, mostly new townhouse, the realtor was looking for a quick sale as the home did not need any update.
We staged it with modern furniture, accessories and wall arts and used mostly neutral and slightly cool colours to give it an expansive and open look.
We carefully staged furniture giving it a bright and open floor plan appearance even though the property was much smaller in reality.
After the staging was done everyone noticed how bigger it looked compared to the original and it was an instant success.
